Cancer Perks are the little things cancer kids get that regular kids don’t; basketballs signed by sports heroes, free passes on late homework, unearned driver’s licenses, etc.

Haven’t read this one but everybody praises it.

Yeah….Not too sure i’m one of these people. I liked it but no more than that. It reminded me a lot of another book i recently read as well “Me Before You”.
It’s short though. Managed to read in a day basically. That’s a plus!

I’ve only read one book from Green, Looking for Alaska and despite the hype, I didn’t like it at all. Everybody’s saying this one is far better but I don’t know if I really believe them… The majority of YA books published this days and labelled as the next big thing always end up disappointing me.
If I read it it will be definitely because it’s not going to take too much of my time… haha

I agree, most of these new YA books do seem to be over hyped. The Age of Miracles was pretty good though. It’s more geeky than the others i think maybe that’s why i liked it more.
